Airplane Yoga is written for business travelers looking for ways to make to airplane travel more comfortable before and during the flight. These are easy-to-follow instructions for ‘road warriors’ new to yoga or experienced yogis looking for yoga positions they can do on a plane. There are descriptions and photographs of 18 yoga positions to perform sitting in an airplane seat and 6 yoga positions to perform standing up. Each of the 24 yoga positions has step-by-step written instructions and at least one graphic illustration demonstrating the pose. Additionally, this enhanced version also contains 24 audio tracks, one for each pose, as well as video clips for 13 of the poses.

Michael Huffman is both a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and a CPA (Certified Public Accountant). He spent over 20 years working in an office cubicle in 'Corporate America' at companies like Coinstar-Redbox, Intel, Microsoft, Deloitte, H.J. Heinz and Kroger. Early in his accounting career he recognized that working at a desk shortens hamstrings, tightens shoulders and worsens posture. Since leaving the corporate world in 2011, he's been on a mission is to create resources for 'road warrior' business travelers and those who spend their workday in front of a computer and to provide them with Zen-like instructions on how to incorporate basic yoga poses & techniques into their daily routine whether in an office or on the road.
